The celebration of the anniversary of the Foundation of Quito included representatives of the media at a special event. The occasion served as a platform to share information about our initiatives for 2025 while concurrently offering an immersive culinary experience.

The participants engaged in a culinary competition, with hornado—a traditional dish of roasted pork—playing a central role. This event offered an opportunity to delve deeper into our culinary heritage. The event also featured a mini-championship of the traditional card game “40,” which facilitated interpersonal interaction and provided a fitting conclusion to a day marked by a palpable sense of conviviality and camaraderie.
