At Pronaca, the pursuit of growth is an ongoing endeavor. A significant proportion of our employees and contractors have successfully completed the certification process in the Active Trainers Program, an initiative designed to reinforce our fundamental competencies to lead innovative training projects.

Thanks to our alliance with University of the Americas (UDLA), participants had the opportunity to strengthen their skills through cutting-edge educational methodologies, such as the flipped classroom, game-based learning, and the design of effective training projects. These methodologies have enabled the enhancement of their competencies in the management and development of programs, thereby exerting a direct and significant influence on the professional advancement of our team members.
