Pronaca’s involvement in the “Employability and Entrepreneurship Convention for the New Ecuador” was orchestrated by the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) in conjunction with the Equinoccial Technological University (UTE).

The objective of the initiative was to establish a forum for discourse between labor market leaders and young individuals between the ages of 18 and 29. The primary goal was to promote the employment of this demographic as a priority group. The initiative also sought to provide access to training and professional development workshops, with the aim of enhancing the competencies and marketability of the participants.

We engaged in panel discussions and workshops, where Pronaca representatives interacted with young individuals, sharing insights on our organization’s dedication to the nation’s economic and social advancement, along with the employment prospects and professional advancement opportunities available to them.
